You think gravid or not gravid?
She is smaller and apears gravid while ither times doesnt seem gravid. She eats 250 to 300 gram rats lrg to xl size like clock work. Fat reserves in front 2/3 used with spine showing some reserve depleation. Bottom rounded out and larger than top half with bottom 3rd swelling like football. She seems darker/vibrant than ussual after last sheds. Breedind pair are 1st timers and they started late Jan early feb. Male still shows interest but not as much as beginning. Late pairing because female was on smaller end of spectrum and just over 3yrs old. Male will remain with female through this next season or litter drops with exception to feedings.
What do you think? Pos gravid or not. Should I stay the coarse or increase meal size to normal feedings in preparation for winter? If gravid whats your guess on size wether slug fest or live litter?
I will post what i think in a few days.
Not saying any names but if a facility thats open to the public has snakes thats are in extremely poor conditions and just overall being neglected, what is the appropriate way to report it and to what organization or department? Dont want to do so and it have a negative impact on the reptile community as a whole.
Check out our new addition, "Juno!" She is an 800g + high-expression Paradox Snow, and a proven breeder to boot. In 2024, she will likely be paired with "Panko," a very handsome GX Paint.
Two of a litter of 9 pure Argentine Boa Constrictors, born right here and West Ridge Reptiles. The female that produced them is my all time favorite snake, who has been with me for 11 years.

Selling ughhhh this always sucks because I want to keep everything or find it difficult to trust the animal in someone ellses care. However, the reason i breed is to keep and preserve quality animals lineage and provide great pets/breeder stock for the hooby to continue in an upward trajectory. No ones perfect and like to think most have good intentions when purchasing an animal. Obviously, we should try and vent buyers as much as possible in order to keep animals safe. I like the idea of discounts for knowing proper husbandry requirment and showing correct set up.

I guess besides that, understand the genetics you’re working with, and making good pairing choices
