So I found out that Pickle is a girl because she laid an egg! She has no boyfriend so I am assuming it's infertile unfortunately.

I was blessed to be able to check off a couple of things from my bucket list today thanks to Obsessed Exotics/Nikki and Taylor Justice! I got to commune with a couple of retics, a Burmese python and a couple of tegus, one of them being house trained btw! Not to mention I mingled with even more reptiles than the ones on my bucket list!😊

Hey guys! I picked up this little Emerald Swift today. Unfortunately he is wild caught but he is in good health. These little fellas have a relatively short life span depending upon the quality of care. I am a bit surprised that there are not many of these guys that are captive bred. I think they're kinda cool. Supposedly they are fairly easy to breed so I have a female ordered. They are live bearers so I don't have to worry about incubating eggs. I think the pet store I got them from will buy the babies. I am kinda excited about this little project! He's a big hard to see. I should have taken a pic of him before I put him in his enclosure but I was too worried about getting him in there safely. He was very chilled out though.
