Hi! I'm noticing some hitchhiker bugs in my bioactive enclosure (aside from fungus gnats). Apparently I did not clean the plants well enough before planting or they snuck in in the past few months. Not sure what type of bugs, but one looked silverfish-ish and the other was small and black. I did not see any skin parasites on close inspection fortunately. Any ideas on what to do to get rid of them without killing my isopods and springtails, or do I just need to scrap the whole setup?

Hi! My sweet baby leachie has had some shed stuck on her back for a few days. I tried giving her a bath but she just climbed out. I've been trying to keep the humidity super high but it hasn't been working. How can I help her get the shed off?
