The Biak is doing well, it had some rostral damage &a nasty R.I. when I picked it up but it is doing great now, had a nice full one piece shed, snout looks to be healing up &it is eating regularly. A beautiful animal to add to the collection, will sex later this week.

Just got back from my internship out at Brad's World Reptiles. So excited to be doing some summer work at the facility, this has been a dream of mine since I first moved to oregon as a pre-teen. I actually got my very first pair of Biak locale from Brad when I was twelve years old! Crazy to see it hasn't changed too much, just a lot more animals.

Anyone going to NOFX in portland tomorrow?
Lilly has this cute little routine while cooking her noodles the last month, going back &forth from the hide to her favourite hot spot right underneath the lamp, back to her hide. I moved her magnaturals arboreal hide up to right underneath her perch so she only has to move about six inches to get to a hide instead of journeying all the way down the 3 foot tall cage &across the 3 foot bottom so now its just from magnaturals to perch- magnaturals to perch- magnaturals to perch. It's nice seeing this behavior as normally she (&the other atbs) might only come out to bask once every two or three days, knowing that she is intentionally keeping her body temperature higher &seeking out the hot spot consistently makes me hope that it's because she is carrying a healthy load of baby noodles inside of her. Her constant swelling despite not eating is another good indicator. She has accepted a few adult mice since her P.O.S. but for a 7 foot beast like her those would barely even make a lump in her side before she was suspected gravid. Fingers crossed for a nice healthy litter, especially after loosing my other gravid girl a few weeks ago. That one still hurts me. 💔 💔 💔 Sorry for the short novel.
